I have a unique approach where I look at all areas of your life using what I call The wheel of life for mothers. A holistic approach to a mothers health. When we become mums our whole life and identity changes. We go through a transition called matrescence, the transition from maiden to mother, like adolescents, is the physical, psychological and emotional changes that occur; however, in this case it happens after a woman gives birth.
What most coaches don't understand is that a mothers health has so many layers, it's not as easy as just changing your diet and exercising more. In order for a mother to truly thrive we must take into account all areas including her new purpose in motherhood, her home life, mum guilt, sex and intimacy, finances and everything else that I have included in the The wheel of life for mothers (pictured)
